We will refund any part of your purchase for 30 days from purchase date. Period.
After 30 days, contact us and we'll talk about any problems. We understand clearly if you can't trust the business that is selling to you that you will take your business elsewhere. We intend to earn your trust and your business.
Please understand FOB (ownership transfer point) is when the product is given to the shipping agent. All loss and damage issues must be settled with the shipper. Naturally we will provide any all assistance to you to resolve any shipper disputes.

***Our website does NOT recognize Flat Rate Boxes. If you are charged an excessive amount for shipping and it does not cost us that much to ship, we will refund any excess shipping to you. If you get quoted an excessive amount for shipping and you would rather us calculate the shipping upon packaging your order, please select store pickup/walk in. We then can pack your order, calculate the shipping and then charge you for the shipping separate to your order.

We welcome international customer purchases. If you have any problems or questions during your checkout process, please let us know and we can assist you through your order.
We will not replace lost international shipments. We suggest you purchase shipping insurance.
All International shipment orders are via Priority Mail. We use Flat Rate Boxes whenever possible to keep the shipping costs as low as possible. Upon customer request, we can ship via Express Mail. These rates can be seen upon checkout before you pay for your order. The website is not able to calculate flat rate shipping prices, we will refund any difference in price that you were charged.
If you want insurance, we will purchase it and bill you accordingly. All international purchases will be billed via PayPal invoice.
